From batch homogenisation and representative sampling at our Jos facility to independent laboratory assays, third-party cargo inspection and documented chain of custody, each stage is designed to ensure that the material shipped meets agreed customer specifications.
Our procedures have been demonstrated through completed international shipments, with delivered concentrates independently verified and accepted by our customers.
Third-Party Inspection Process & Sealing
Our client commissioned Zirconex Mining & Metal Laboratory to conduct independent sampling and inspection of a zircon concentrate shipment at BISY Nigeria's Jos facility.
The inspection covered batch homogenisation, representative sampling, laboratory analysis and cargo sealing. A duplicate sample was also submitted to a second independent laboratory for cross-verification of assay results, providing an additional level of quality assurance and cargo traceability ahead of export.
